Holistic (adj): treating the whole person rather than treating just the symptoms of a disease or medical condition.
Uncoventional (adj): being out of the ordinary.
Soulful (adj): describes the quality of being authentic, having genuine depth, and expressing oneself from the soul. A soulful person lives authentically, purposefully and with depth.
HANDS ON
Hands on (adj): therapy focuses on the source of the problem, with direct contact. The therapist's hands are used to apply pressure where it's most needed to help relieve pain or to understand more about the type of energy carried and what's most needed to treat you.

A CHARITY THAT IS VERY DEAR TO ME...
This charity is very close to my heart because it supports and nurtures the transition of woman seeking a better life away from drug addiction and the challenges that come with that. I teach fun, wellbeing workshops with Treasures Foundation. Helping woman recover from drug addiction. I'm available to deliver workshops within charities or team building days.
